Ambiance is tucked into Ashbrook Marketplace Plaza in Ashburn, Virginia, an easy drive for guests coming from across Loudoun County, Fairfax, and the wider Northern Virginia area, with plenty of parking right at the door. Inside, a versatile hall adapts to whatever you have in mind. High ceilings, a built-in stage and dance floor, crystal chandeliers, and adjustable LED lighting let you set the mood for a wedding, quinceañera, gala, corporate event, or private concert. Tables, chairs, and linens are available, or you’re welcome to bring your own.

Our kitchen can prepare your menu, from plated and family-style dinners to buffet service, with a full wait staff keeping every course fresh and on time. Prefer your own caterer? You’re welcome to bring an outside vendor of your choice.

From the day you book to the night of your event, a dedicated coordinator is on hand to answer questions and handle requests, so you can enjoy your own celebration. We take pride in getting every detail right and in offering all of this at competitive prices.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We hosted my wife's 50th birthday celebration at Ambiance, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Anna, the owner, was wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning process - responsive, warm, and genuinely invested in making the night special. The venue itself is gorgeous, with beautiful ambiance (living up to the name!) that made for a really elegant, memorable night.

The food was fantastic, every guest had something great to say about it. Service throughout the night was smooth and attentive, and the whole team made sure everything ran seamlessly so we could just enjoy the celebration.

If you're looking for an event space for a birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion, I can't recommend Ambiance and Anna enough. Everything about the night was great, and we're so grateful for how it all came together.

Anna and her team were truly amazing to work with and made the entire planning process seamless. The food was great, the service can’t be beat, and the atmosphere was perfect for our engagement party. Our event was a total breeze—all I had to worry about was having too much fun! The food was excellent, the service was incredibly nice and attentive, and the fabulous interior design created the perfect atmosphere.
